You tell us what has been bothering you. We agree a realistic priority list, match you with a suitable cleaner and manage the arrangements.

What is a 4-Hour Home Refresh?
A Home Refresh sits between a regular maintenance clean and a full deep clean.
Rather than spending the visit on the everyday cleaning jobs, those four hours can be used to give extra attention to the areas that get overlooked, neglected or simply never seem to get done.
Perhaps the skirting boards and doors need some attention. Maybe the kitchen needs more than its usual wipe-round, the bathroom could do with some extra TLC, or there are dusty blinds, window sills and forgotten corners you’ve been meaning to tackle for months.
We’ll agree what matters most before the visit and your cleaner will work through the priorities in the time available.
You can book a single visit without signing up for regular cleaning.

What could your cleaner tackle?
Every Home Refresh is different. We’ll agree your priorities before the visit and focus the four hours where they’ll make the biggest difference.
Depending on your home, that might include:
- Skirting boards, doors, frames and switches
- Kitchen cupboard fronts, splashbacks and external appliances
- Extra attention to bathroom fittings, tiles and shower areas
- Interior windows, frames and sills
- Radiators and other often-overlooked areas
- Blinds, shelving and detailed dusting
- Accessible areas behind or underneath furniture
- Corners, edges and other areas that don’t usually get attention during a regular clean
- Giving one or two particular rooms a more thorough clean
These are examples rather than a checklist. Four hours won’t necessarily be enough to tackle everything, so we’ll help you decide what you’d most like your cleaner to prioritise.
Your cleaner brings products and cloths. Please provide a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.

A Home Refresh is designed for those in-between jobs that go beyond regular cleaning, rather than intensive deep-cleaning work.
If there is significant build-up of dirt or grime, heavy grease or limescale, or several rooms need intensive cleaning from top to bottom, our Home Reset is the better fit. We assess that work and quote it individually.
If what you really need is help keeping on top of the everyday cleaning on a regular basis, take a look at our Focused Clean or Whole Home Clean instead.
