An End of Tenancy clean goes beyond everyday maintenance cleaning, paying attention to the areas that can easily be missed during regular cleaning.
Designed for empty properties at the end of a tenancy, the service covers the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, along with details such as cupboards, skirting boards, doors, internal windows and other fixtures and surfaces.
Oven cleaning is included as standard, helping you leave the property clean, fresh and ready for its next chapter.
We’ll agree the scope of the clean with you in advance, so you know exactly what’s included before the booking goes ahead.
What’s included?
Your End of Tenancy clean will be planned around the property and agreed with you before the booking. A standard clean may include:
- Thorough cleaning of kitchens, including worktops, sinks, taps and splashbacks
- Oven, hob and extractor cleaning
- Cleaning inside empty kitchen cupboards and drawers
- Cleaning inside and outside of empty and defrosted fridges and freezers
- Thorough cleaning of bathrooms, en-suites and WCs
- Removal of accessible limescale from taps, showers, screens and tiles
- Cleaning skirting boards, doors and door frames
- Wiping light switches, sockets and other fixtures
- Cleaning internal windows, glass and window sills where safely accessible
- Detailed dusting and removal of accessible cobwebs
- Cleaning inside empty wardrobes and fitted storage
- Vacuuming carpets
- Mopping hard floors
Professional carpet cleaning, external window cleaning, rubbish or furniture removal and specialist treatments are not included as standard, but let us know what you need when requesting your quotation and we can advise on available options.
