Helping Older Loved Ones Stay Independent

Regular cleaning and friendly, familiar visits that give families peace of mind.

A helping hand around the home

Our regular cleaning service helps older people continue enjoying their homes while taking away some of the physical demands of keeping everything clean and tidy.

Many families tell us it’s reassuring knowing someone familiar is calling in every week or fortnight.

A little help can make a big difference

As we get older, keeping on top of the housework can become more difficult.

A regular cleaner can help make everyday life that little bit easier, keeping the home clean, comfortable and safe without taking away someone’s independence.

For many families, it’s also reassuring to know there’s a familiar face visiting regularly, particularly if they can’t always be there themselves.

Ideal for families who…

Live further away from parents or relatives

Are balancing work, children and caring responsibilities

Want to help a loved one remain independent at home

Simply want one less thing to worry about

Kind words from one of our clients...

Abbie was brilliant! She arrived to find workmen fitting new doors, but just got on with it and even cleaned up after them. She was friendly, polite and hard-working. I’m one very happy customer!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I arrange cleaning on behalf of a parent or relative?

Absolutely. Many of our enquiries come from sons, daughters and other family members looking to arrange regular support for someone they care about.

Will my loved one have the same cleaner each visit?

Wherever possible, yes. We know consistency helps build trust and familiarity, so we’ll always aim to send the same cleaner.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes. Every cleaner we work with is fully vetted and carries public liability insurance.

Is this a care service?

No. We provide domestic cleaning and practical household support only. We do not provide personal care or medical assistance.

Independence means different things to different people.

At The Cleaning Connection, we’re proud to play a small part in supporting that independence.

If you ever need to change your cleaning day or have any questions, we’re only ever a phone call or message away.
