Straightforward pricing
Our Focused Clean starts from £46 per visit, with a choice of two, three or four hours of regular cleaning support depending on how much help is needed.
We’ll agree the priorities beforehand, so the cleaning can focus on the areas and tasks where support will make the biggest difference.
For those who would benefit from more comprehensive cleaning throughout their home, we also offer our Whole Home Clean, with a fixed price based on the size of the property and cleaning requirements.

We understand that trust, consistency and good communication are especially important when someone is coming regularly into a loved one’s home.
Wherever possible, we’ll match your loved one with the same cleaner each visit, allowing them to build a familiar routine and a comfortable relationship over time.
But you’re not left to manage the arrangement alone. Cleaning Connection remains your point of contact throughout. If something needs to change, your loved one’s needs evolve, the cleaner-client match isn’t quite right or their regular cleaner becomes unavailable, we’ll help work through the options with you.
We’ll also check in when a new cleaning arrangement begins or a cleaner changes, so you have the opportunity to tell us how things are going.
It’s more than finding someone to clean. It’s having someone there to help keep the whole arrangement working.

Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. Every cleaner we work with is required to hold their own public liability insurance, and we verify this as part of our onboarding process.
Is this a care service?
No. We provide domestic cleaning and practical household support only. We do not provide personal care, medical assistance or other regulated care services.
What happens if their regular cleaner is unavailable?
We know continuity matters, so we’ll always try to find the most suitable solution. Depending on availability and what you and your loved one prefer, that might mean arranging another cleaner, moving the visit to another day or waiting for their regular cleaner to return. We’ll talk through the options with you rather than leaving you to sort it out yourself.
