Choose the right clean for your home
Focused Clean
from £46 per visit
A flexible, time-based clean focused on the rooms, tasks and priorities that matter most to you.
A Focused Clean may be right for you if you:
- Want help with particular rooms or cleaning tasks
- Are happy to decide what should take priority
- Don’t need your entire home cleaned during every visit
- Want a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off clean
Choose how much cleaning time you need, starting from two hours. Your cleaner will work through your agreed priorities during the time available.
Whole Home Clean
From £90 per visit
An agreed maintenance clean throughout your home for a fixed price, without you having to manage cleaning hours or choose priorities each time.
Available for homes with three or more bedrooms:
- 3 bedrooms: £90 per visit
- 4 bedrooms: £120 per visit
- 5 bedrooms: £145 per visit
Available as a regular weekly or fortnightly service.
4-hour Home Refresh
£129 per visit
Four hours of one-off cleaning focused on the rooms and jobs that matter most to you.
A 4-Hour Home Refresh may be right for you if you:
- Want more than two hours of help in one visit
- Have a few areas that need extra attention
- Are getting ready for guests or a busy week
- Want a clean without an ongoing commitment

Select Focused Clean, Whole Home Clean or 4-Hour Home Refresh below. For the Refresh, choose the one-off option, tell us about your home and the jobs that matter most in the notes, and request an available appointment. The visit is £129 for four hours; any optional paid extras you select are added to the total shown by the form.
Before you book
Cleaner availability
All bookings are subject to us confirming the availability of a suitable cleaner for your location, preferred day and time. We’ll contact you if we need to discuss alternative arrangements.
Cleaning products and equipment
Your cleaner will bring their own cleaning products and cloths. We ask you to provide a suitable vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket for use in your home.
Payment
Card details are required when you book, but your card will not be charged until after your clean has been completed.
Regular maintenance cleaning
Focused and Whole Home Cleans are designed for homes that can reasonably be maintained through regular cleaning. If your home needs more intensive cleaning or has accumulated dirt and grime requiring additional time, please request a Home Reset quotation instead.
Does your home need more intensive cleaning?
If cleaning has accumulated over time, particular rooms need significant attention or you’re looking for a more thorough one-off deep clean, a Home Reset may be more suitable.
Every Home Reset is individually assessed and quoted according to the size and condition of the property, your priorities and the work required.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my booking be confirmed?
After receiving your booking, we’ll review your requirements and check that a suitable cleaner is available for your chosen schedule.
Your requested date and time are not guaranteed until we have confirmed your cleaner. If we cannot accommodate your first choice, we’ll contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
What will my cleaner bring?
Your cleaner will bring the cleaning products and cloths needed for your appointment.
We ask you to provide a suitable vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket. This prevents bulky equipment from being carried between different homes and allows your cleaner to use equipment appropriate for your flooring.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be asked to provide card details when making your booking, but your card will not be charged at that point.
Payment will be collected after your clean has been completed.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. We understand that plans sometimes change.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments where the cleaner cannot gain access, may still be charged.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
Our aim is to provide continuity by matching you with a regular cleaner who gets to know your home and priorities.
If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we’ll discuss the available options with you rather than sending somebody different without your agreement.
What if you cannot find a suitable cleaner?
We only confirm a regular arrangement when we believe we have a suitable cleaner for your requirements and schedule.
If we cannot currently accommodate your booking, we’ll let you know and discuss alternative days, times or future availability with you.
What if I’m not sure which service to choose?
Choose a Focused Clean if you want two hours of help concentrated on particular rooms, tasks or priorities.
Choose a Whole Home Clean if you want agreed maintenance cleaning throughout a home with three or more bedrooms.
