2. We may ask for more information
If anything is unclear, we’ll contact you to ask a few additional questions. For some properties, we may recommend an in-person assessment before quoting.
3. We’ll prepare your quotation
Where we can accommodate the work, we’ll provide a personalised quotation explaining the proposed cleaning time, number of cleaners, agreed priorities and total cost.
4. You decide whether to proceed
There is no obligation to accept the quotation. If you would like to go ahead, we’ll then discuss suitable dates and confirm your booking.
Looking for regular cleaning instead?
You do not need to request a quotation for one of our standard regular cleaning services.
Our Focused Clean provides two hours of cleaning centred on your chosen rooms, tasks and priorities.
Our Whole Home Clean provides agreed maintenance cleaning throughout homes with three or more bedrooms for a fixed price.
Both services can be booked online, subject to the availability of a suitable cleaner.

How much does a Home Reset cost?
Home Resets are individually priced because the amount of cleaning required can vary considerably between properties.
Your quotation will reflect the size and condition of the home, the agreed areas and priorities, any optional services, the estimated cleaning time and the number of cleaners required.
Do I have to upload photographs?
Photographs are strongly encouraged because they help us understand the work involved and prepare a more accurate quotation.
If you’re unable to provide photographs, please describe the condition of the home and the areas requiring attention as clearly as possible. We may need to ask additional questions or arrange an assessment before quoting.
Will my entire home be deep cleaned?
That depends on the size and condition of your home, your priorities and the cleaning time agreed.
We won’t promise an unrealistic top-to-bottom transformation within insufficient time. Your quotation will explain what we propose to cover and what can reasonably be achieved.
Can I choose which areas take priority?
Yes. Your Home Reset will be planned around the areas and tasks that matter most to you.
If the work required is greater than can be completed within your preferred budget or timeframe, we’ll help you identify the most useful priorities.
Will you judge the condition of my home?
No. People need cleaning support for all sorts of reasons, including illness, disability, bereavement, work, family pressures and periods when life has simply become overwhelming.
We only ask for honest information so we can understand the work, protect our cleaners and provide a realistic plan.
Does submitting the form secure an appointment?
No. The form is a request for a quotation rather than a confirmed booking.
Once you accept a quotation, we’ll check cleaner availability and agree a suitable appointment with you.
Can I arrange regular cleaning afterwards?
Yes, subject to cleaner availability.
If appropriate, a Home Reset can provide a better starting point before moving onto a regular Focused or Whole Home Clean.
